Job Position Overview:
DanovaX is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our data management solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and driving product strategy to meet customer needs and business objectives.
What You’ll Do at DanovaX:
As a Product Manager at DanovaX, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product releases, managing the backlog and sprint planning process.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, iterating on features and improvements to drive user satisfaction and adoption.
- Act as a product evangelist, championing the product internally and externally, and representing the voice of the customer.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Gather and prioritise user requirements through market research, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable product features and specifications.
- Release Management: Oversee the product development process, from planning and execution to release and post-launch analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact product delivery or success.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new opportunities for product enhancements and expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business impact and customer value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
